Conjugate Heat Transfer Simulation Study

Project Overview :

Conducted conjugate heat transfer simulations for an Australian consulting company to analyze flow and thermal behavior in a heat exchanger system.


Key Contributions :

  • Performed conjugate heat transfer analysis of the complete heat exchanger

  • Evaluated thermal-fluid interactions between solid components and working fluids

  • Characterized temperature distributions and flow patterns throughout the system


Outcome :

  • Generated detailed thermal and flow field data for the heat exchanger

  • Provided quantitative performance characterization of the system
