Building Designs for Environmental Resilience
Project Overview :
Collaborated with a large Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) research and development unit in Indonesia to conduct environmental simulations. The project focused on analyzing the impact of various environmental factors, such as wind flow, rain patterns, solar radiation, and particle dispersion, on building designs and structural integrity.
Key Contributions :
Integrated recorded environmental data into CRADLE CFD (scSTREAM) to simulate real-world conditions.
Conducted comprehensive simulations covering wind flow analysis, rain patterns, solar radiation, and particle dispersion.
Provided training on scSTREAM, enhancing the AEC unit’s capabilities in environmental simulation and analysis.
Outcome :
Delivered detailed insights into the effects of environmental factors on building designs, enabling the AEC unit to optimize structural resilience and energy efficiency.
